Fast shipping and delivery and low price. Great quality and value. I will definitely order again.
A quick and easy clean The boar brush nylon kit comes in a 10 pack for several different calibers. These nylon brushes are stiff as brass so they clean very well and they were threaded 8-32. Tips are folded over to leave a smooth edge and nylon brushes return to their original shape unaffected by any solvents. I must have for any gun owner.
Super impressed with this product! Never had the nylon brush style always use brass! However when this product arrived in my mailbox was perfect timing I had two weekends at the range and used these nylon brushes to clean my hellcat and my 43x! And they did amazing! I felt like they did just as good if not better than brass and I will use these going forward! And the thing I enjoyed about them the best when I was cleaning both of my firearms I didn't hear that ugly noise of a scratching inside my barrel and that drives me nuts I feel like I'm damaging it and I'm telling you non-believers out there this got my gun just as clean how's the brass ones! I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends I'm not a big five star guy but this product has definitely earned it!
These are getting harder to find as a set. You can find individuals, but this set is perfect for the handgun enthusiast as it covers the most popular calibers. Sturdy brushes that work as you'd expect, and all three calibers covered. Great addition to my cleaning set!
The brushes are nicely packaged with a quantity of ten. This should last me a long time. I ask law enforcement what they use for bore brushes. They indicated that some time ago they switched from brass to nylon. They are happy with the nylon brushes and will continue to use nylon. The nylon cleans ever bit as well as the brass.
These Nylon bore brushes come in handy when cleaning your guns. They will fit .38 /.357/9mm. The thread size is 8-32 which fits my cleaning kit . Being nylon you won't scratch your bore , they return to shape after use too. This package came with 10 brushes
These brushes are really nice and soft, yet stiff enough to clean! They are versatile and fit many gun bores as well being threaded in 8/32 they fit the rods in my other gun cleaning kits and work perfectly without scratching the gun! Easy and convenient to use and comes in a multi pack of 10!
Very nicely packaged brushes. Each of the 10 had it's own little plastic compartment with 5 brushes each in two seperate holders. The brushes appear well made and are very consistent. The threads on each brush are neatly done and fit most cleaning rods well. The thread pitch of 8x32 is common to many different rods. I intend to use these brushes not only in the .38/.357/9mm indicated but will also use them in some of my rifles of different calibers.
OK, I admit that I am less than diligent in caring for my firearms. I have owned several over the years, and the revolvers I am using this product on are .38 Special and .357 Magnum. Although functioning, neither has been cleaned in some time. As an old-timer, I have always used brass brushes, believing that they have more power and durability. I was wrong. These brushes are made of a high-quality nylon which has durability and cleaning power. They scrub effectively, and are not affected by chemicals in my bore cleaner liquid. They are correctly constructed, with threads that secure them to all my standard cleaning rods. I did four passes with the rods, followed up with soaked patches, clear patches, and oiled patches. In each case, both lands and grooves in the barrels came out shiny and new, looking as if they had never been fired. There was no sign of wear on the brushes, and can be used repeatedly. Never too old to learn, I would recommend these to others.
I bought these to clean a 22 pellet rifle barrel and have also used them on my 22 rimfires. They seem well made and do a decent job for light duty cleaning. You will probably still need a wire brush for the really dirty barrels but I'm glad I got them.
