Seem like good quality socks overall. For those with larger or more swollen legs/calves, they may still be a little tight, but generally speaking, it shouldn't be a problem for most people with only slight swelling. Good value for the price!

My diabetic husband has been wearing these exact socks for years and likes them very much. The only issue we now have is that he also has congestive heart failure which makes him have edema (swelling) of the legs and feet. So, we believe these socks do run true to size, BUT with edema they are now harder to get on/off. So I wouldn't recommend them IF there is a lot of swelling. Otherwise they're great and last a long time!

I have looked for and bought many socks, but this one is the ONEI was seeking! Finally! It's not a battle to get them on or off! I'm not diabetic, but I have difficulty with my hands.

My shoe size is 7 1/2 or 8, but I deliberately bought the men's extra large sock size of 13 to 15. Ever since I broke my leg a year ago, I suffer from swelling of my ankle and leg. I've tried many brands of socks that would not hurt or leave a dent in my skin, but none of them worked. This is the first brand and size that actually feels comfortable for me. They are well-made and wash beautifully. Since the foot part is actually too long for wearing with regular shoes, I am wearing them with slides, and that works just fine.

The Sox stay up and do not wiggle down the leg. They keep their shape. This is the third purchase I have made. The item is quite cost effective.

These socks are soft and comfortable. They do not bind and fit really well. I love how they seem to cushion the foot.

The socks are made well for non-diabetics. For people with small legs that don't swell. If you swell a tiny bit they will bind your legs. Unfortunately. Good socks for small legs
