My 3 year old had diarrhea for a few days and there is no over the counter remidies for toddlers under 6. So this was the perfect thing to help. He enjoyed the flavor to.
This is one of the only products safe for young toddlers and helps stop diarrhea. It was a life saver when our son was getting diaper rash from having diarrhea from his medication. This works quickly and efficiently. I try to keep some on hand, you never know when your kids going to need it. Unfortunately it's hard to find in our town. I was thankful Walmart had some to order. I highly recommend keeping it your medicine cabinet if you have kids under 4.
Helped with my grandson diarrhea
It relieved my son's situation.
My kiddo (2.5) didn't love the flavor and I was a little nervous about getting them to take it all, since it is 30mL reconstituted. Instead of using the syringe, I left it in the enclosed cup and added a straw. Seemed to help getting them to drink it all. The product itself seemed effective. Only used one dose. Will purchase again. I tasted it, and it was a nice vanilla flavor, I would have been able to tolerate it, doesn't take like medicine...more like a vanilla protein powder actually.
I used this product for my young children. It didn't help much. The product only contains 3 dosages of medicine, so if you have more than one child who is sick, you need more than 1 item purchased. Also, couldn't use it for one of my sick children who has an egg allergy because the product contains eggs.
I ordered this for my 2yr old granddaughter as she was having diarrhea. It says usually works with 1st treatment. She's been given 2 treatments so for and it has gotten better but still having some issues. Just a heads up, my granddaughter HATES the stuff and we had a fight to get it down her, i mean she had to be held down and she screamed bloody murder.
The concept is great, a vanilla flavored drink for toddlers. Except it tells you to mix it with the smallest amount of water and it just stays clumpy. Tried to mix it with a bottle of milk to try and make it a halfhearted milkshake, still really clumpy doesn't really mix well. If you have a frother or something like that it probably works better but I did not have that on hand with a sick toddler lol.
didn't do anything for my child.
We were so bummed this worked minimal after 2 doses there was gagging. The taste is horrible!!! We decided to drink it with the toddler to convince them it wasn't so bad, it was badddd! I could hardly swallow it. I had bought 2 boxes and I gave them both away. Both receivers said it was a BIG NO in there house as well.
