Finally, the IDEAL daily sunscreen! I'm one of those unlucky ladies in her late 30's, with sensitive, rosacea skin that also happens to be oily and acne-prone. Literally every other moisturizer/sunscreen combo I've tried (even those labeled for "sensitive skin") has either left my face red and irritated or super oily and broken out. And it didn't matter if the sunscreen ingredients were chemical or mineral-based--my face just didn't like any products with sunscreen. But by some miracle, I can actually use this Differin SPF moisturizer every day, year round, with ZERO negative effects--not even with my rosacea. It leaves me well-moisturized (but not too oily), break-out free, and protected from the sun without any creepy white cast. Please, Differin, don't ever discontinue or change this product--it's taken me YEARS to find something like this that works.
light, easily absorbed, no reaction on my sensitive rosacea-prone skin, no fruity or obvious scent, full broad spectrum sunblock THAT mattifies!! love under makeup or alone
I love this! Differin products are great for acne prone skin and ppl who get hyperpigmentation. It doesn't clog my pores or doesn't give me that heavy thick feeling and protects me from sun damage in the mornings
I haven’t used it during summer yet, which is when I experience the most oiliness, but so far this moisturizer really makes a difference. I’ve been trying to find a moisturizer with an SPF of 30 or more for a while and haven’t loved anything. I live in the Arizona desert, so it’s still been in the low 100s when I started using this in September, but I haven’t experienced any oily shine during the day once like I usually do all year round. It feels pleasantly moisturizing after I put it on and has no white cast, but I have really fair skin. It has a light sunscreen scent, but I love that smell, and it hasn’t affected how my makeup applies. So far, this is definitely a winner for me.
This is a great product especially for oily skin. It leaves behind NO residue or film at all while it protects facial skin from sunburn. This product does NOT irritate my eyes unlike so many other SPF facial products. You receive a generous amount for the price.
I get sunscreen, moisturizer, and it does not break my face out...Yeah
I use this everyday even if I'm not going out. I have sensitive skin and sun damage already so I don't need more. It's a good product kind of greasy but not bad. Your skin soaks it up. Goes right under your makeup.
I have a medium complexion (color: wheat - Estee Lauder foundation) and this doesn't leave a white cast! I recommend it. It's light, doesn't leave me oily, and holds up pretty well in the summer.
This goes on and absorbs better than most sunscreen moisturizers I've tried but it smells pretty strong of chemicals. I will continue to wear it on days I need to wear a full face of makeup since makeup goes on great over it but I might use non-chemical options on other days. If you can get over the smell it's a great product.
I searched and searched for a new sunscreen moisturizer after wanting to up my SPF from my beloved Cetaphil. I have acne prone skin that will breakout from new products and luckily, this did not happen from this product. With the higher SPF though, it does have a sunscreen smell which I do not like at all but it's what I'm using to protect my skin from the sun's damaging rays. I will continue to use it.
