I've been taking this regularly and everything's been running smoothly. Yesterday, I went out early for a big breakfast and couldn't take the product until I got home. When you hesitate to buy, don't, this is a fantastic product, immediate result. For some reason it gave me a burning sensation throughout my body. Felt like it was in my blood traveling through my veins. Took 3 hours for that feeling to subside.
