only issue was when plugging in the optical cable, i felt like i was gonna break the thing before it finally snapped into place...other than that it works perfect
Product works perfectly. Currently using it with my PS3 because the monitor in my office doesn't have any audio output. HDMI to monitor, digital optical from PS3 to this and 3.5mm headphone jack from this to speakers. Only issue was in receiving the product. First time i received it the power cord looked like it had been cut. Returned it and ordered a new one and the delivery service was the worst i have ever seen. Even after giving times delivery is accepted, they still tried to deliver outside of said times twice.
There are better more expensive options, but if you just want to get sound from a digital device to analog device this device gets the job done.
Have a newer tv with only optical audio outputs and needed a solution to patch it to my vintage Yamaha (rca inputs) amplifier. Hooked it up and it works perfectly. Very satisfied!
Arrived 3 days earlier than expected. It seems to be working great so far. The speakers started making a noise and initially I thought I would need to return it. However, we found that the usb adapter (that WE provided) was the cause. So watch out for that. Once we replaced it with another usb adapter we had no issues.
I needed to connect 2 Non blue tooth head phones to my TV. This worked out perfect.
No problems everything great
I waited to long to install and when I first used I heard some horrible sound in the background. Couldn't hear anything thing else. I unplugged it right away and haven't tried anything else yet.
The pictures have the Made in America badge, yet the product itself says made in china. Makes me question what else is a lie.
All I hear is static. Waste of time and money. Good thing I got my money back for dumping this thing.
