I HAD A 60” VIZIO FOR 14 YEARS %26 COULDN'TBELIEVE IT LASTED THAT LONG!! SO WHEN IT WENT OUT I SAW THAT WALMART HAD THEM ON SALE FOR A 50” FOR $238 I SAID THAT'S A DEAL I CAN'T RESIST!! LET'S SEE HOW LONG THIS VIZIO LASTS?? COME ON VIZIO MAKE A MOTHER PROUD!! 10 STARS FOR YOU BABY!!

Putting the TV together was easy, getting it connected to the internet was a piece of cake, and it has a stellar picture! It's easy to load multiple apps on your home screen and the remote is simple and easy to understand. This is not my first Vizio TV and it probably won't be my last either. Recommended!

Wasnt looking for a replacement to my Sony Bravia 4k, just needed a decent tv for the bedroom since we have a baby on the way and I am at work most of time.. wanted something of decent quality for her. Wasnt expecting **** gaming video, but overall for ****.. cant complain, neither has she.

Disappointed
Just particularly TV is very clear as long as you're sitting in front of it. If there is a side view, it is not clear and the color gets extremely light. I'm not sure but I may be returning this TV as I've had a Vizio before, and it was nothing like this, very disappointing.

Customer Service
The tv is as I expected. The delivery was on time and the young man who made the delivery was friendly and polite. The problem I had was with customer service. I could not understand the man and I ask to speak to someone else. My wife tried to talk to him and she wasn't able to understand him either. He never put me on with someone else. Other than lousy customer service I like the TV and the delivery, but may have to consider not buying Vizio again because of customer service. Disappointed, something is wrong with the screen
Ultimately this isn't the biggest deal in the world, but I was very excited for this TV. Some parts of the screen are brighter than others, and it is especially noticeable when there's a dark screen.📺

It showed up broken and had already been put back in box. They basically sold me a returned broken tv. I had to drive to Walmart to return it and get a brand new one. Super annoying that I ordered online to save the hassle and then I get a broken tv and have to make the trip anyway. And also have to wait for refund

Picture and sound quality trash
I've had my Samsung tv for 12 years and decided to give Vizio a shot. I returned it after a few weeks. The picture quality was not what I like and I had to adjust the volume with each app I opened and that's annoying. I end up order another Samsung newer version and bigger size. Love my Samsung and will never buy anything else.

Selling used products to customers priced as "new"
Walmart selling used products that have broken or badly displaying picture quality. You shouldn't be able to resell a item to another customer that has been deemed by a previous customer as faulty. Nobody is doing their due dilligence, this is the 3rd time Walmart has sold me what is clearly a used product at full price. Horrible.

PAY TO ACTIVATE TV
if there was a zero i would give it one. In order to use this TV you have to pay VIZIO $59 to activate the TV! Well screw that, i pay enough for TV shows, etc, this thing will be returned. Absolutely disgusting when I do not want their programming, i will never buy another VIZIO product again.
