works great perfect clean condition. hard to get used to and figure it out. sound on headphones is better quality. stereo system needs a boost but clear quality. volume on the unit is important whatever you connect it to.

Now I'll be able to convert my cassette tapes more easily

bought this item because it was a top pick on other sites..(maybe they paid for these reviews) Although the tape run through smoothly, there is a constant hum that is picked up by the PC recording software. This destroys the fidelity of the recording. The cassette hum is present whether powered thru USB or on battery. This hum is not present when converting vinyl from a turntable. I wish I never bought the Digitnow converter.

This is a low quality tape deck. It won't last long enough to finish my project

I paid for something I can't operate because of the silver and I have problems in my eyes so this product is not for me. the silver shine when you can't even see where you turn off or turn on the product.
