Sofia done did it again! Not only is she a ravishingly beautiful Columbian woman but she is also a coffee inventress, unparalleled by anyone else in her category, or out of her category. Let's face it folks, this is some da- YUM goood coffee!! I'm proud of her and I'm poud of myself for saying "Dios Mio" in my best Sofia Vergara impression in my head all day as I go from one caffeinated task to the next. This is SO good!

This is my first time to buy this coffee, and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. This is really good! I drank it black. No creamer is needed for good flavor, though I am sure the coffee would still be delicious with creamer or sugar or milk added.

This was the first time i ordered this brand. Believe me it will not be the last, the flavor is smooth and delicious. I would compare to Starbucks blonde coffee without the hefty price tag. I was really pleased with the price too, it is a little above what i normally spend but I have cut out so many other things that this is my "treat"!

I was skeptical, but very pleasantly surprised with this coffee. The flavor is mellow and smooth (doesn't put hair on your chest). It's a little more expensive than I'd like to spend, but when you're dealing with my mood in the morning, it's a small price to pay. I do a 2:1 (10 C water to 5ish T scoops). We're trying to transition from k-cups to brewed coffee, and have tried several brands. I'd say this is one of the best thus far

Great coffee at a reasonable price. A little bitter, but not as bad as some of the big box brands. Just toss a pinch of salt into the grounds before brew and the bitterness is cut out. I had several compliments on this coffee when I served it in my home.

This is ground very fine. Its not ground like folgers coffee ok. It tasteed smooth and the armoa was nice. I would buy it again for sure. But its not really cost efficiant as it has some shipping with it sometimes. You need to spend $35 for free shipping and if you dont do that its $6.99 to ship it.

This coffee was under $10.00 at the time of my purchase which is almost unheard of these days. The coffee is strong but smooth. I have joyed the aroma and the flavor of the strong blend. I use 3 leveled off Ninja small scoops in my 20 oz coffee mug. I use 3 large Ninja scoops when I make a 1/2 pot of coffee. It brews well in my Ninja coffee maker. I use a paper filter in my coffee pot. I will buy this again. I love that it comes from women growers from Colombia.

Mia Dios Light coffee is much milder for us--no stomach or most other coffee/caffeine complaints. Still get a buzz (do not drink too much just because it is light roast), and still get hyper-reactive/crabby. Least destructive effects with this coffee so far compared to over 2 dozen other ones we used to drink. The whole bean version tastes a little better than this ground. Also, we got more pots/cups of coffee from a bag with the whole bean coffee. Do not know why.

I bought this coffee for the $1 cash back on Ibotta, and I was somewhat curious. I enjoy trying new coffees. I bought the medium roast bag. It doesn't give off a strong coffee smell while brewing or pouring. First sip, its a lighter medium roast coffee so if you like light roast, I would probably go for this instead of the actual light roast bag...I imagine it tastes like diluted coffee. It IS bitter....but coffee usually is. The biggest deciding factor for me is : Can I enjoy this without half and half and/or sugar. I had to add both to make this enjoyable. It's better than store brand coffee, but there are better options on the shelves for $10 for a 12oz bag. If you like Colombian coffee I would suggest you try the new Cafe Bustelo bags that are not vacuum sealed. If you want a good medium roast, try Fire Dept Coffee Shellback espresso. These 2 I can drink without adding anything. If i choose to add anything, I can still taste the coffee's flavor through the added liquid. If you've had those and don't like them, then give Dios Mio a try, it might be your thing. Taste is subjective. The coffee isn't awful, but it didn't make my list. I will not buy again. IMPORTANT DETAIL : fine ground beans I use a Ninja coffee maker. I use 2 big scoops to brew a half pot every day. These grounds always rise above my filter and get added to my brew. They're fine grind so they sink to the bottom of the cup. Since I'm not sipping them with my coffee I'm not super mad about it, but I would have wanted someone to tell me that before buying.

I thought it had no flavor. It was very hard to open so had to cut the top off. I had to cut below the plastic closure mechanism so the bag didn't close properly. Although I did put ithe original container in another bag. It's the first celebrity coffee that I haven't liked!
