I like the vacuum pretty well. It has a lot of power for its size and really picks up. You can run it with or without the carpet beater option (which also works on hard flooring). It is easy to snap together and the cup is easy to remove for emptying. I have mostly laminate wood planks, a couple strips of carpet and linoleum flooring in kitchen/baths and so far it handles and cleans all of these surfaces. You can also remove the long handle on this model and use it as a handheld for furniture, etc. Easy to store, too. All in all, I am happy with this purchase.

We know this brand and had had it before. Its was way cheaper than the battery operated ones. Due to the size I thought it was going to be underpowered. Not so, not at all. The little fella performed. Ots just the perfect size for us and the wife is happy with it. Its very good at picking up pet fuzz but human hair gets tangled really easy in the brush and there's no way that I know of to take out or replace the brush. I guess it's to be expected at this price range. Just be mindful of that a this is a mini unit so the media has to be cleaned more often than other costlier and bigger vacuums. For what it is and what you pay for it you can't beat it up, not with two sticks. Get it, you will not regret it.

I was not expecting much from this vacuum! I thought I'd use it to clean up dust and small debris after moving in our new home and toss it. Well boy, was I surprised!!! I am purchasing another for the second floor of our home. You won't regret this purchase!!! ONLY downside I have to add is that it is very loud!

This is definitely a good product for the price point and works perfectly fine for all my cat hair around my house. The only thing is it does get a bit tangled up in the bristles of the vacuum. Additionally I do have to roll over spots a few times to get all the hair up which is not unexpected just a bit tedious.

This is nothing I dislike about this dirt devil. When I married 62 years ago, money was short and I bought my first dirt devil for $19.95. It is small and does not cover a large space at a time, however, it is light weight and full of power for wood or carpet. I am 81 yrs. old and have severe arthritis and it is a just right for me for regular cleaning or a quick cleanup. It is easy to keep the filter cup clean and super easy to use. I just love it.

Love the Dirt Devil brand, which is why I bought this. It is very light and powerful. Cleaned my carpeted stairs super fast! This works as an upright or handheld. Accessories are separate and I'm going to purchase some accessories like the edging piece.

Dirt Devil is a great brand. This item is very light weight and easy to use. Cleans up my vinyl floors well after the kids get crumbs and such. I use it 3 times a week cause it is so easy. Definitely recommend especially if you have back issues and can't use a heavy vacuum.

The vacuum cleaner has a long cord and is lightweight, but it doesn't have adequate power to pick up animal hair and some pieces of debris on carpet. Hair gets caught in the sweeper brush, requiring manual tugging to remove it. We have little floor area, but the unit worked fine on the floor. The dirt cup is easy to remove from the machine, but one must then put fingers into the filthy dirt cup in order to open it to empty it. That was unpleasant. Following included instructions, we were unable to detach part(s) in order to take advantage of the advertised "Converts into a handheld vacuum," so we can forget about vacuuming stairs and overhead webs, getting into corners, and using it in the car. When parking the unit, it's best to rest it against a wall or piece of furniture because it falls over easily when in the upright position. If you have no pets, don't need the hand-held conversion, and don't mind getting your hands dirty emptying the vacuum cleaner, this Dirt Devil might work for your home.

It literally stopped working after 1 use. It gets stuck on any area rugs and is very hard to move. I bought this vacuum for my grandma who lives alone and can't carry or move anything heavy, so I thought this lightweight vacuum was perfect. She called me after a few days and said it no longer picks anything up. Very upsetting. I'm not sure when I'll be back in town to get a refund.

I would not recommend this bank to anyone it does not work properly and it is just a mess is that the final no good on carpet this is my eyes give me some more ice. I would not use on carpet the cord for a vaccine. That little should not have a cord should not have no cord Isaiah the roller on the back is not roll at all. I was not right, not to bother
