Very well made
The characters are adorable! It was too difficult to open by every door. It came packaged unaligned with the spaces holding each figurine, so we just removed that part. It wasn't so much of a "suprise," but me and my daughter and I still loved it.

Great gift and exciting to open!
Got this for my 6 year old daughter and she loved it! Her and her 22 year old sister got into them just this year, and already have such an assortment. Always fun to open up not knowing what you're getting (except for the exclusives of course)!

The product arrived looking like it was already previously opened instead of brand new. It didnt have the normal plastic wrap in it. Luckily most of the figures still looks good

disappointed
I odered this for my daughter's birthday i. December 14. I placed the oder on December 3 and it said it was 3 day shipping. i still haven't received the item. my daughter's birthday was yesterday and still dont have the item. The company that shipped it (OnTrac) says its in Lockburne Ohio which is knly an hour away from me since the 12 of December. but i still never received the item.
