Lid busted after a few years, performance is great
so this is my second one. the first one i had for years but the lid handle broke and after months and months and months of putting up with it and it being hard to clean the inside of the handle (the ball top came off) its time for a replacement. i love this crockpot though i always get compliments on the characters i just wish that the lid was locking and had rubber lining to prevent spills. i have a stain in my car because it does not have the above. other then that the performace is great always works how i need it to.

Was in need of a bigger crock pot after my old one broke and this one was too cute!! Easy to use and big enough for meals for my family of 6.

Awesome design to meet whimsical Disney Pixar decor, but hesting / cooking seems inconsistent. it came to us modified, perhaps refurbished. we are glad we got an extended warranty though.
