I don't have a dishwasher, so I use these for s ooping out wet cat food for my cat. Wasteful? Maybe, but I'm not using soap and hot water, so...I find it helpful.

Says medium weight, but they are more like light weight. Should have gone with the heavy weight, which would be right.
