I did not know these even existed until I was in rehab for a broken leg. My heels were starting to get sore and blistered from friction from lying in bed so much, and the nurse there put these on my feet… instant relief! I ordered a pair to use now that I'm recovering at home, and they really do help. I recommend them to anyone who has to lie in bed for an extended period of time!

I tend to keep my right heel on the mattress that could cause ulcers to my heel. It keeps your foot warm so sometimes I find it on the floor in the morning but when I tighten the strap it doesn't come off. I would recommend these heel cushions.
