I really love it, I take it out of the box and it's soft and cool, a squishy gel pad inside it feels like, then you try it on and it's great fit streches to fit all sizes, its comfortable and cool, before even cooling it in the freezer, once out of the freezer it felt even better, had my adult daughter try she loves how comfortable and loves it even as a night mask to sleep, the rest is a bonus she says. so we will be buying more, and would highly recommend you do as well I think you'll love it.

Gel so it conforms to your head and stays cool for quit a while. I've been getting more headaches or migraines and this has helped so much I'm getting another one

I like this one better than the much more expensive one I bought, how it cools and later absorbs heat once it's no longer cold. The gel is a nice quality and overall the whole product is soft and comfortable.

Feel cool enough on my end table, I haven't had to chill it yet. It is winter maybe the room temp is enough to keep it cool. Haven't tried to heat it yet. Works just like it is supposed to. I have allergies works with that too.

I have had migraines for decades. No meds help me. However, cold or warm compresses do. It is very large head friendly as well. When I put this on, it gave me almost instant relief from the pain.

This is way better than putting ice on my head. It lasts a good 20-35 mins before I need to put to back in the freezer. The item itself is so soft and stretchy.

It doesn't hold its coldness long enough. At first, it is way too cold. Then I put it on and its coldness is gone within five minutes. But I'm happy it does give me some relief.
