We take two of these in combination with Motrin and caffeine, and it knocks our headaches out in no time. We have bought and used this product for years.

This has become my go-to for headache/migraine relief with the regular migraines I get due to having an arthritic neck (usually stress or sinus-based). They are the ONLY form of Excedrin that does NOT have aspirin in it, which irritates my stomach, and I actually gave up using Excedrin Migraine when I found out it had it, so this is the one I recommend. Usually works very fast--if i take it soon enough, literally within a few minutes. I was using Tylenol before I discovered this, and this works better and faster.

for me no dislike/I have used this product for approx 20 years from being on computer I now have nerve damage in foot this is only product that gives some comfort I have a medicine cabinet full of nerve medicine that never worked praise GOD for excedrin

I hate going to the doctor about just about anything because they always give you something that makes you very very tired or causes more problems than what you've got but I tried these and I really enjoy them because I'm not tired after taking them and they still get rid of my headache I get migraine sometimes I don't wanna go away and these really helped this time

I get tension headaches that are an awful consistent pain, sometimes throbbing, and cervicogenic migraines sometimes when I wake up which are the worst. These work beautifully. I will say have something on your stomach before you take them bc I’ve gotten sick just from a mixture of the pain and only have meds and water in my belly.

Works quick fast and efficient works better than a prescribed medication. It is always my number one choice to go to.

This is the best medicine for headaches that are between the neck and head on, it's a must have relief!! Even generic ones work good so get generic if you can!! I can't have aspirin so this is my only choice

This product has been a life saver. I suffer from chronic neck pain and back of the head headaches and this has helped so much I was honestly shocked the first time I tried it. Highly recommend

i normally buy Excedrin migraine not Excedrin tension headache. i bought the tension one this kind instead because my pain and headaches come from extreme stress that keeps me tense almost every second every day. thought this would be made to help with the pain that causes both body and head. but 3 migraines and these didn't touch any pain. i took my ibuprofen instead and got much better relief

For some reason this no longer helps when I have a tension headache. Disappointed it seems like I have to take it more frequently to get a slight amount of relief. Have been taking for years occasionally when needed. But the last 2 bottles do not seem to be working. I keep one at home and one in my purse for emergency if I am out away on a trip or shopping.
