The 99.9% is strong. The 70% strength is better. The 99% has some side effects ( Itching or prickly feeling and some heat. This is a carrier product meaning if you put a antinflamatory on and DMSO on over that it will carry the anti inflamatory deeper into the body. DMSO Works great by itself reducing pain and or inflammation. It works pretty fast reducing pain.

This DMSO has been a life saver for me and my husband! While waiting for a hip replacement the pain was so bad I could barely function. After using this product I was able to do many of my usual activities. I highly recommend this product!

Everyone should own some of this to have on hand, it only takes a very very small amount %26 it works better than any prescription stuff that's out there

we mix this product 1:1 with clear Aloe and use it as a pain reliever and anti inflammatory topical. Works great but does itch a little after application for 5 minutes or so.

Helps with my Husband neuropathy

I have been using this product carefully and sparingly on my knees. It is very powerful and only a small amount is needed. I wear gloves when I apply it, let it dry fully before I cover it and wash my hands after application. That said, it works great and I will be buying it again. The jar is large and will last a long time. I store it in a cupboard in a cool room. This is a good value and a good product.

This bottle it's very good but doesn't have instructions because of that i burned my hand. Please used gloves to put this gel on your body and don't rub or you can burn your skin

Too difficult to return. Cost to ship back almost 1/2 of purchase price. It should be returnable to Walmart. In the future will be careful not to buy items from vendors selling on Walmart marketplace.

Provides a little heat to the area for a short bit of time. Other than that it does not work like DMSO

Terrible stuff. Needs some aloe or something blended in
