I'm not an alternative medicine person, but...
This stuff works great for arthritis and tendinitis. I'm too old to care that it's not approved for human use (it's used in veterinary medicine), it's helped me to walk and bend! Highly recommended. I use it once or sometimes twice a day. It itches at first, but that goes away after a few minutes and I discovered this effect is lessened if you put it on sparingly. You'll find your own way...

Powerful but true
It has do not use on human skin written on the back, probably because it is so pure. I just mixed with aloe Vera gel also from Walmart. Works fine
