I've been taking this daily for a couple years now and it helps with the joint paint from arthritis in my hips primarily. I helps less with the joint pain in my wrist but that was probably due to injuries so it might not be a fair comparison. They are big capsules and a little hard to swallow but I can get them down with some finesse.

These are sooo much better than the last few bottles that I purchases. You can swallow then with no problem not like the other horse pills!

This was recommended for joint pain. I have been taking it a few weeks and so far can't see any improvement. Perhaps the effects will be felt after taking it a few more weeks. It is easy to swallow, have no taste, so will take it until I feel the benefit.
