Took about 8 days but it has finally kicked in and taken my knee pain from 10 to .001 on a scale of 1 to 10. One bottle from Whole Foods wss the cost of TWO bottles PLUS shipping from Walmart!!!

Proteolytic Enzymes a must.
Tried to go without using this product because of the cost. Well, my "system" did not fair well. So when I saw the sale I stocked up a bit. My "system" is up and running again, Lol. I will continue to use. Hopefully I can continue to find good prices.

It works for me
I have an histamine allergy and I find taking 3 of these a day (1hour before a meal and / or 2 hours after a meal) the rash that I otherwise would develop is greatly controlled. I also adhere as best I can to an anti-histamine diet. Taking this enzyme allows me to be completely free of prescription drugs, which had limited effectiveness and bad side effect (sleepiness). NOT Enteric Coated
These are NOT enteric coated. Now Doctor's Best only has "Delayed Release" which is what was delivered to me. If you google on Amazon you can read many reviews as to the difference. These are effective, but not as effective as the enteric coated. I ordered these from Walmart because I couldn't find the enteric coated anywhere else. And it's because Doctor's Best doesn't make them anymore. I just got these, so can't do a review on their effectiveness.

Felt like I was doing something good for my body, but it did not relieve any of my arthritis pain as it advertises.
