Does what it should
Lasts roughly 8 hours as decribed, I've been taking one tab vs 2 and already notice a difference is breathing and general quality of life. Keep it in a dry place, as I've never had any problems with it crumbling and always stored it inside the house no probs. But the other day I carried the tablet with me in a small container in my pocket and got a little sweaty and the container remained closed but just that might have made it crumble ever so slightly however not enough to make it loose its value. OR the every so slight brittle could have been it bouncing around as I did some activity that could have caused the brittling. Either way, don't get it into contact with too much moisture, and be careful not to let it bounce around all day and it will hold absolutely firmly and works like it should.

Excellent product. The immediate release plus sustained feature is most welcome. I take 2 per day with very good results.

The L-Arginie sustained plus immediate release has been wonderful for me. It really helps my breathing and stamina.

my body must have been starved for this
The first few times taking this product I definitely felt better (more alert, cleaner at a cellular level). But, after the first few times, I really don't notice anything anymore. Perhaps the deficiency was satisifed? Perhaps I need to increase the dosage?
