This was the first time that I had used this product and I would recommend that for those who are having constipation with that relief. i am more on the heavy side and was unsure.If I would be able to administer it myself. I was please with the small container that made it easier to administer the enema myself. I would recommend to trying to wait the full 15 minutes.
