Love this and so does my puppy. It comes with extra grass pads. This is way more cost effective than the throw away pads and with the tray there are no leaks. Once I wash the pads after use I take it outside to air dry.

Still trying to convince my older dog to use it! She is particular, and I am persistent in retraining her.

Worked great when my puppy got hurt and couldn't go outside without me carrying her. She got ran over and broke her pelvis in two places.

Love the fact it has latches that help it stay in place because my puppy will remove it if he can.

The box that the product was delivered in was pretty beat up when it arrived. One of the grass mat hold down clips was broken off and missing (through one of the holes in the box) but the product should still work as intended.

One of the brackets to hold pad in place was missing. Company said they ship me one. Never came. Dog would not use.
