Great Sauce That Is Low Sodium With No Added Sugar
This sauce is great!! It tastes just like homemade sauce. It is low in sodium and has no added sugar!! So it is also better for you. It is lightly seasoned, so it makes a great base to add more of your favorite seasonings. For pasta, I usually sautee some onions, minced garlic, and chopped bell peppers and add to it along with a little more Italian seasoning and it looks and tastes just like a homemade sauce. It also makes a great base for chili con carne!!

I got this as my husband and neighbor are from New Jersey. They are always talking about the superior flavor of New Jersey tomatoes. I originally ordered this as a joke but it turns out it's a very good sauce. My neighbor even told her daughter who still lives in New Jersey to be on the lookout for it. I have reordered it for both of us...

Restaurant quality in a can!
Having tried this one time while in Jersey I tried looking for it everywhere, finally was able to find it here. It is just as good as restaurant style pasta sauce. It’s rich and delicious with a perfect blend of Italian spices. It can also be used for pizza sauce.

Best sauce on the planet!
This IS the BEST sauce in a can money can buy. Beautiful fresh, red tomato sauce, add your seasonings and you’re set. My mom discovered this sauce about 15 years ago, and been buying it since. We use the spaghetti sauce for pasta, any Italian recipe needing sauce and homemade pizza. My friends now buy it, their families and so on.

This is excellent pasta sauce. They also make a pizza sauce. And it uses NJ tomatoes, and I am from NJ.

Love Don Pepino! I add 1/4-1/2 can water %26 add garlic powder, onion powder, basil %26 a little sugar.

This should be awful but it is AMAZING.
I was VERY surprised. The ingredients (corn oil, garlic powder) should make this taste unspectacular but, or some reason, it tastes more fresh and authentic than high end jarred sauces. It just makes no sense LOL.

I'd buy it again if it were available locally.
Not bad for a canned sauce (which I had my doubts about). Nice neutral tomato taste with room for any custom add-ins. Good texture, much like a pureed tomato. No "tin" can taste.
