Doritos Salsa Verde Flavored Tortilla Chips, 9.75 oz Bag

I've been eating these chips since for at least the last 10-15 years or so. They've been around for a while. However, for some reason, Frito-Lay/PepsiCo haven't been advertising or marketing this product as much. I guess it lost popularity? I'm not sure, but the point is, I can't find this flavor of Doritos in any store in my area period, not just Wal-Mart. That's why I took the plunge and ordered them online. Now, this is the first time I've ever ordered food related products online. So I was very skeptical, particular about the shipping. I kept my expectations very low and assumed there'd be a high chance of the chips getting crushed into dust. However, I was very surprised that they were completely in tact for the most part. No matter how securely you try package them, chips are very fragile items. They're going to break no matter what you do so just let that realism sink in. However, I would say only about 15-20% of the chips were actually broken into little pieces per bag. I bought 5. Not bad at all. I will definitely be ordering more of these when I run out.

They are the bomb diggity, these chips have always been my favorite. They are spicy but just the right amount of spice. The more you eat they get spicier. If you like spicy foods get these.

Love these. Not available in stores in my area. Get a bag every time I order online. Walmart shipping pass is great!

Best doritoes ever, I miss them.

Great chips, everyone I know who has tried it likes it but not sold in stores in Hawaii. Sweet chili is another favorite that's not available here and now no longer available online.

I love the hint of spice in these chips! They are awesome to use in a nacho plate mixed with seasoned ground beef, refried beans, nacho cheese, sour cream, salsa and guacamole if you like.

I only wish all Wal-Mart locations carried this flavor; I haven't been able to find them on many occasions. They're just the best. Good flavor with just a little bit of heat.

These chips are real good in taste. They have the right amount of "heat" not to make it too spicy to eat. On the shipping though, be careful. Sometimes the bag(s) might not be fully sealed from them being crushed through the delivery process somewhere. Other that that small hiccup, I have really enjoyed this flavor. I'm glad it's back on the market where I can get them.
