If you Love LOVE the real deal from Jo M, then you are about to find that with this fragrance and at literally a third of the cost. Must MUST try it and see for yourself. Mmmmmmmm ahhhhhhh. That sweet pre-pony and blushed. Lol get’chu some.
This perfume has a beautiful sent! It last a long time and also the projection is very good. I got compliments the first day I wore it. It’s very floral and just such a lovely scent. Highly recommend!
Fragrance is great, value is great, the packaging isn't the best. The only critique I have is the presentation of the product is plain, but the scent itself lasts all day.
This smell didn't mix well with me. For me the red apple smell was over powering- almost like Reds apple ale. Just not for me but I can see it complimenting other people that wear it.
This perfume smells exactly like the "inspiration" scent. It's a beautiful, soft floral appropriate for all occasions and ages. Love it!
I have the original JM Peony and Blush. The top notes are 90% similar. You can definitely tell the difference on the first sniff. Maybe because the orig JM only have apple top notes while Dossier have apple, peony and berries. Dossier is a little sweeter and stronger on that first spray. After an hour, if blindfolded I could not tell the difference anymore. It's the same after 6hrs. On my skin, Dossier lasted 6hrs while JM faded around 8hrs. On clothes, Dossier lingers longer! I can smell them until the next day while JM on clothes is completely gone. The sillage and projection is better on Dossier, people can still smell me after I leave my space. It leaves a lovely trail, not the smack on your face kind. A co-worker of mine asked if I'm wearing JM Peony as she was wearing it that day! I replied no, she can't believe as we both smell the same. I told her about Dossier and showed her the bottle. Needless to say, I have a new Dossier recruit! Dossier is truly addicting. My first purchase was less than 2 months ago and I now have 6 bottles!
I love J.M scents and own a few from them and this one is one of them and I must say J.M colognes just don't last, period. So in my first purchase, I had to try this one to compare and this one is 1000% better than J.M. It's lasting power, Oh My! Because J.M are so weak, I used to spray them in my clothes so they will last a bit more, so I did the same with this one. My blouse got washed and still had the scent on it...AMAZING! It is a beautiful spring/summer scent, sexy and feminine. Versatile to use for the office, wedding or a gateway..simply fantastic. And Dossier has magnetic caps? And the price? Don't wait to try them! (I already own 20 scents from Dossier)
This is a hard one to pin down. It opens very floral on me, mellows into something like facial astringent and new car smell, and ultimately dries down into a musky, flowery, leather scent. Every time I'd think perhaps this wasn't the scent for me, I'd stick my nose down my sweater and be instantly conflicted. It's definitely original and probably mixes well with other flowery scents. Ultimately, I did end up returning this one. The Dossier returns process was quick and painless.
I have liked some of the other unisex scents in the past so I tried this one. This was very suede and musk forward without the balance of any of the sweeter notes in my opinion so would need to be balanced with another perfume. I am returning only because I like to spray one and be done
Usually I really like Dossier's version and have several of them, including Jo Malone's Wood Sage. But the Dossier's version of this Jo Malone scent personally me found not that good. It smells "plain" and "cheapy" - more like toilet freshener than perfume so decided to returrn
