Dossier Spicy Vanilla Eau De Parfum, Inspired by Tom Ford's Noir, Cologne for Men, 1.7 oz

This is a beautiful fragrance that I think Women can also pull off. You can definitely smell the spicy notes in the opening but its not too much. I think this is perfect for evening time or date night, especially in the winter or fall. You can probably wear this in the summer if you dont spray too much. It might be a little too much for the office. Ive never smelled the original, but Ive heard its very similar. Its definitely nice, and I think its worth a try! I dont smell the rose or patchouli.

If you love vanilla fragrances this is a great fall vanilla. It is extremely warm and cozy, a little spicy and sexy. It reminds me of cuddling on the couch with a chai latte. Its a little earthy yet still very feminine. I love to wear this layered with floral marshmallow for the perfect spiced warm cup of fall with a toasted marshmallow on top.

I own Tom Fords noir (along with many other Tom Ford scents because I love they way they smell) and I can tell you, that Spicy Vanilla is almost identical in the scent registers. A few sprays in the morning will easily last me well into the afternoon. I have got numerous compliments while out and about.

I got this one and woody Rum as a gift for my husband, He didnt received it yet. But smelled both of them and Im so happy for my choice. I feel that he will love both of them specially, if he layered it with woody rum .I want to thank dossier for making mens birthday gifts much easier.

This is a nice cool evening scent. I wish it had better staying power, especially on the opening notes. You can certain smell the vanilla and the Amber but the spicier notes don't seem to pop as much.It pairs well with other Vanilla scents though. Old Spice or Barrister and Mann's Lavanille are what I've mixed with it. They add to the floral and spicy notes well. It's a good complement to their Lavendar interrupted too

For a version of one of my favorite colognes that is no longer made, you cant beat this at the price. I compared it to the real-deal, and its close enough for me to be happy.

Extremely warm spicy scent. The black pepper makes my nose tickle initially. It's very strong. I would only use one spray of this because it carries. It also has a wear of about 6 hours. After some time the black pepper tames and the sweeter vanilla notes come through. As a woman who used to wear spicebomb this is a very strong masculine scent. I'm sure it's very similar to the original fragrance but I think I would like it more with the pepper, lemongrass and rose mellowed out a little bit. It would make it much more wearable.

The shipping took a few days. I just received the fragrance today and I smelled it and was a little disappointed, to me it smelt like baby wipes. However I'm not sure if that is just me so I am going to be asking my family members what they think of it before deciding if I should return it or not. I most likely will return it because I'm not a huge fan of this fragrance, I would like to find a store near my area that sells dossier fragrances so I can go in person and test the fragrances before buying, the prices are amazing compared to other colognes I was looking at. I was hopping for a minty vanilla or plain vanilla scent with this, was my fault for not reading the notes. I have a chapstick by Burt's bees which is vanilla bean and I was hoping that I would get a similar smell with this fragrance but I didn't. If you could point me in the direction of a fragrance with a stronger vanilla scent that would be great.

Is this what Noir smells like? I must admit I've not smelled the original, but I don't like this dupe. It smells like grandma perfume. Has a strong musk-like smell to it. I bought this for my husband who loves strong scents because I was told this was the strongest one and saw good reviews. If you don't like musks, this is not for you.

I had to send this one back as it was way too spicy I couldnt get past the pepper. With Tom Ford scents it's either a hit or miss for me and this one was surely a miss.
