Not because of anything I didn't like about it, I just moved on to other things. But this was a game changer. Paired with the body cleanser, this is so good. It makes your skin feel and smell amazing. I would definitely recommend this to Dove lovers and everyone else.

I thought the combo was perfect. And of course I paired with Dove lotion. No tight, itchy feeling skin. I loved it and would recommend.

I'm a busy Mama and don't always have time to fully moisturize my whole body after showering. This body butter cleanser both cleanses away impurities while nourishing and moisturizing your skin. It goes on creamy and rinses away without leaving a greasy or soapy film. It is also cruelty free! Can we all together say, " Yes please!"?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is my first time trying out a pre-cleanse body butter and I am so excited! I hopped into the shower and applied this pre-cleanse butter onto my wet skin. It smells so good and gave me a great spa feeling. The butter has a rich and thick texture and lathered nicely! After massaging it into my skin for a minute to increase maximum effect, I rinsed it off and used the body cleanser from the same line. My skin feels so lush and happy. Especially in times like this when the weather is changing, my skin needs more TLC and this body butter definitely provides it. It contains ingredients that I would normally put on my face, hyaluronic acid serum and moringa oil, so extra extra moisture locked into my body skin - why should I treat my body any different than my face? Plus, soon it's bathing season and I can't wait to show off my happy skin. The only downside is the packaging. I don't necessarily enjoy unscrewing the jar in the shower, then not knowing where to put tit, and scooping the product out with my finger while contaminating the whole jar, and finally, worrying about more contamination when I realized the lid has filled up with shower water. However, I have several of these jars in my shower and it's an appeal to all manufacturers to come up with a better solution for thicker consistencies that won't pump well. I highly recommend this pre-cleanse butter! Try it out and see for yourself!

But this body butter combined with the cleanser is such a rich moisturizer that I am able to skip applying lotion after my shower. I will definitely consider purchasing in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] same great smell as dove, super thick cream. i'm saying that it should have made a difference but I didn't see one in my dry, winter skin when used as directed. i read a few blogs that said to try applying and rinsing it after washing ur legs, specifically, and still nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I really enjoy this product BUT why use it as a pre-cleanse when it will be washed off? And why can't it be incorporated into the body wash? It has a nice lather, and it does feel very rich and moisturizing, but then it gets washed off!

I received my Dove moisture boost pre-cleanse shower butter in the mail. I opened the container and there was no safety seal. The product does not fill the entire container as it shows in the marketing photos. The product looks as if it was melted and poured back into the container. The product is also pulling away from the edge of the container. With the price of the body butter, it should have a safety seal and be completely full as it shows it to be in the marketing photos. I have not used the body butter yet and I am debating on returning it. It does have a pleasant, clean smell. I will attach photos. The label is also messed up on it. The label is not on correctly, hmmmm.

Bought this product, tried opening it with EVERYTHING! Twisted it, tried prying it open with a knife and it wouldn't open at all! I literally had to BUST it open to get the product out and put it in my own container!
