Dove Care by Plants Eucalyptus Deodorant 2.6 Oz

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) OK let's start off with the fact that I am a sweaty pregnant lady dealing with the heat waved in summer. I have tried multiple aluminum free and natural deodorant with no success to mask my hormonal sweats. I was hesitant that this would work to cover my BO but gave it proved me wrong! The smell is like my pits have taken a trip to the spa with beautiful eucalyptus covering the stank! The deodorant was put to the test during my delivery and now 10 days post partum. Trust me when I say that the ingredients they use lock that smell away. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a more natural, aluminum free deodorant. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This Dove deodorant smells very much like Lavander, which I much perfer! It's a very soft, feminine scent. What surprises me is that the scent is so light and airy, but you can smell it all day! It glides on smoothly and is mostly absorbed right away. What is left is a slight sheen/layer that is very light/like satin and not noticeable unless you touch it. It goes on clear and doesn't leave marks on your clothing. I love that this is for sensitive skin and is aluminum free. These are sensitive areas and sometimes it's harder to find deodorant that works for what you need it for. I haven't found any downsides to this deodorant and I would absolutely recommend it

It last for a good part of the day if not all day ( if your not doing vigorous work). The scent for me tho is to over powering, maybe i different scent would be better for me. I will definitely be trying different scents.

The scent was light and not overpowering which is good, but I felt like it didn't last on hot day, and had to reapply after a few hours. Would not purchase this, as I feel there are better natural products on the market.

I went for a 45 minute walk and had to reapply later on. The stick goes on smooth and love that it is plant based. Now that I see the price I don't think it is worth that much but I just love the smell so much I might have to buy it when this one runs out.

At first glance, the packaging is really refreshing. A tall, slender stick with vibrant blue/green colors to resemble an Eucalyptus plant. The scent has a strong scent of Eucalyptus but is not too overwhelming. I was excited to try a plant based, aluminum free deodorant and had high hopes in the product, however, it did not reach the level I was hoping for. The deodorant is very easy to glide on, but I find it uses too much product in one sitting. I found I have to wipe off excess product off the stick after use and let the area on my armpits dry off completely before able to put clothes on, as it leaves an unpleasant residue on my clothing. The product claims to have 24 hour wear, but not even halfway through my day I found I needed to reapply. The price of this product I find is a bit too high for my liking. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had the opportunity to test this Dove care by plants #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox in exchange to give my honest review. I've tried it for just over a week. Every day I applied it in the morning once a day. First off I was not too crazy about the scent. It's smells kind of strange and I simply prefer scented (floral or baby power scents) so that was a bit off putting for me. It is easy to apply and don't need to apply too much of it. For the first part of the day it worked well, but by mid day I had to re apply. It does at first keep me dry and BO is not an issue however the smell of the product still was not any better. It works ok but you do Need to re apply throughout the day. Not my favourite product.

Ok. I'm a stinky gal. My pits smell. I use the regular Dove cucumber one and that one can handle my pits. However, this deodorant was not up for the task. If you know you have smellier arm pitts, this is not for you. On to the good, the texture is really soft and comes on smooth, almost like a makeup blush stick. I really loved the way it felt going on. Just wish it could handle my BO. LOL.

I applied it in the morning thankfully after pulling my shirt on because it leaves a lot of residue. The thing with the residue is that, if you wipe it away it lasts maybe a couple hours at best. If you leave it and just let it dry, it lasts a few hours. After about 5 hours I had to reapply. You still perspire so maybe that is part of it but that's my other issue. I seemed to sweat more using this and had more of a mark left on my shirt and bra than usual. Wish it had worked better but I don't recommend buying it. #freeproduct #freeproductforhonestreview
