He likes that it lathers really well, so only a small amount is needed. The pump dispenser is super convenient — no need to pick up the bottle with wet hands, just press and go. The scent is fresh and pleasant, not too strong. After washing, his hair looks clean and feels refreshed, and his scalp is comfortable with no itching or irritation. My husband uses hair grease for his hair and it put a strain on his hair and scalp. But, this dove shampoo and conditioner is working amazingly on his hair. It's soft, glows and strange tens his hair.

I was skeptical of the charcoal and clay- I thought it may be drying for my skin but I was wrong! I recommend trying this if you're looking for a new body wash.

Took too long to arrive

He did think the texture was a bit weird as it is more of a gel. He also felt the scent was a bit strong and it does linger in the shower. I ordered (2) 20.4 oz flip top container but was shipped (2) 18 oz pump top containers. The 20.4 oz flip top containers showed as in stock. Though I had accidently ordered the wrong container so placed a second ordered and had to return the first order to the store. the second order arrived again with the 18 oz pump top containers and one what the wrong type of shampoo.

Item opened up during shipping and spilled inside the bag?, there should be a seal on the bottle.
