[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair was very dry and damaged, from years of color changes. So, after hearing about this conditioner, I decided to give it a try. I was so surprised and delighted to she that this actually worked, after using this conditioner, my hair began to become much softer/smoother and the shine came back. This worked!!!

I have a thyroid disease that causes me to have very dry hair and skin. Recently I made a change because my hair seemed to be getting worse and worse. I switched to Dove Intensive Repair as a complete product line switch due to hearing for a good portion of my life that Dove was "one-quarter moisturizing." I hoped that it would help obviously! I started using these products (the intensive repair shampoo & conditioner) on Sept 7th. As of today Sept 22nd, I have seen a huge reduction in damaged hair ends (I'd say approx 10-15% compared to what it was). I am also using much less product to clean the same amount of hair. Despite costing more, the relative cost I would say is not much different. I am a very happy customer for life!

Since I have been using the Intensive Repair line my hair is smooth and soft again. The tube of hair treatment is my favorite! Thank you Dove for finally coming up with SOMETHING that will WORK!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so this is one shampoo I can't live without. I've used it many years and I still can't get enough of it. It's gentle on my hair, makes my hair feel so soft after all the damage I do to my hair after heat styling. I have yet to find anything better and I hope I don't because this shampoo is great!

After using this product twice my hair has a plastic like feel to it. Its sticky and leaves a residue on my hands when I run them through my hair. I've washed my hair 4 times in two days with my regular shampoo and it still smells like the dove product and has the residue. I cant seem to get it out.
