I have special needs kiddos and unfortunately it means a lot of bedwetting and laundry accumulates often times leaving odors. i tried oxiclean and bleach and regular downy, baking soda as well as 40 mule and white vinegar but nothing would get a lingering odor. i love Downy so gave this a try and when I say it was a game changer, it is. no more odor and does not leave a heavy scent. i can also use it with my towels and micro fiber rags without it leaving an oily residue. I LOVE this. i only wish they would make a larger bottle and smaller price point.

I had to try this because I am not a fan of fabric softener. It leaves my clothes feeling weird to me but the rinse aid doesn’t do that. Just leave my clothes feeling clean and smelling amazing! It is a very strong scent so if you aren’t into heavier scents it may not be for you.

We get soooo many compliments everywhere we go with this rinse. My husband goes and gets his haircut with our boys at a barber shop and all the men and their barber will ask what we use on our clothes...lol. My mom went to my house to show her what I use. Last a long time!

we recently moved to a different city %26 have to use the apartments laundry facility. the water us hard and my clothes were starting to fill rough. i ststed using this Downey conditioner and my clothes started smeller nice and the fabric is softer. good solution for hard water issues

I kept wondering why my clothes didn't smell nice and it was because I was using a different brand and so I decided to try this and my clothes smell wonderful and they feel soft and actually look nice so I'm gonna keep using this. It was definitely worth the money to get the bigger bottle. I would definitely recommend this. The smell is it's not overbearing.

I absolutely have to have this for my laundry. If I do not have it, I cannot do my laundry. It keeps my laundry fresh and productive goes a long way by using a 1/4 cup to a large load. I like to add it to my wash cycle vs my rinse cycle bc it’s super sudsy and helps with deep stains. I wash with my detergent and rinse with my fabric softener as usual.

I really like this brand for its quality. This refresh has a magical smell. I liked this product. I will definitely buy it again. It helps my clothes stay fresh longer.

I love this rinse instead of softner. The smell is amazing and it last longer. You barely have to use much to achieve the same results that you did with softner.

I love this scent, and boy does it kill smell. We have pets and they love to steal towels to lay on. Oh boy that stinks! After a wash with this, there is no smell!

I have no idea why, but this is EXCEPTIONALLY sticky! I have a top load washer and this makes the entire compartment (and everywhere it spills or drips) sticky! Like spilled bubble solution that was coated in hairspray sticky! So, I don't even use it anymore.
