Downy Ultra Cool Cotton Liquid Fabric Conditioner (Fabric Softener), 150 Loads 129 fl oz

Love the Downy Fabric Softener but did not like how it was shipped. Nine other items were shipped in the same box: 6 cans of Cento San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes, 28 Oz 3 bottles of Soft Scrub All Purpose Cleanser, 2 lb 4 oz the Downy Cool Cotton, 150 Loads Liquid Fabric Softener, 129 fl oz. TOO MUCH WEIGHT, WAS NOT PACKED TIGHT, THE CANNED TOMATOES APPARENTLY HIT AGAINST THE FABRIC SOFTENER SO IT HAD LEAKED, THINK THE LID WAS HIT WITH THE WEIGHT TO MAKE IT LEAK OUT ABOUT 1 C. OF THE LIQUID. COULDN'T FIND ANY OTHER WAY IT COULD HAVE HAPPENED, NO CUTS NOR HOLES IN THE PLASTIC CONTAINER. THE CAP WAS ON TIGHT, BUT THE BOX WAS FAIRLY WET ON ONE SIDE. THE PHOTO BELOW WILL GIVE YOU AN IDEA. TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO RETURN, BUT THE PACKAGING WAS INEXCUSABLE FOR SHIPPING THESE ITEMS TOGETHER.

I need to APOLOGIZE for an earlier negative review regarding NOT receiving my fabric softener! It was found sitting in the garage. Hubby set it aside while putting away other items. I have used, and continue to use, this service multiple times and have never had a problem.

Happy to have this great sized item delivered rather than having to carry it myself. Also very happy to be able to choose the scent rather than having what is in the grocery store.

This has become my favorite since the very first time I seen it in stores. I don’t know but there is something about this smell that just screams home to me. You know when your taking a walk outside and you can smell someone doing laundry? If anyone ever walks by my house and I’m doing laundry I can only imagine what they are saying. It’s everything that feels great about home. Then it makes your clothes incredibly soft. Downy please never take this away from me, PLEASE!!! 🙏

I love this product. I love the smell of cool cotton. The light color of the fabric softener is great and it prevents spotting like some of the other fabric softeners.

smells amazing. not a synthetic smell, slightly sweet, with a freshly washed clean smell. not very overpowering, just enough fragrance to know it is there. good staying power on the clothing.

I was surprised, because everything with cotton smells has that very light scent and fades away pretty quick but this cool cotton smells amazing kind of relaxed feeling and last longer. One of my fav now! Only problem i have is walmart sending my orders in a gigantic box all mixed up and sometimes items break on the way or spill. You can't put a heavy bottle of soap or softener together with lays chips or oreo cookies. Please don't do it walmart. Thanks!

I love the smell of this is why I order it all the time, but the way it be packaged I always loose some because of the way it's package and being handled the box be so wet my products the box tears up on the delivery person when they is trying to get it to my porch maybe I should look somewhere else. I love shopping at Walmart .com but something needs to be done about this cause it's a real problem.
