I've been using this treadmill every single day since I got it three months ago, and I couldn't be happier with it. Not only has it been a reliable workout partner, but it's also helped me lose an impressive 20-30 pounds! The performance has been incredible, and I absolutely love it. Recently, the machine began making a loud noise, so I reached out to customer support. Although they were unable to troubleshoot the issue, they went above and beyond by offering to fully replace my treadmill. The entire process was seamless, and I'm incredibly impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. Fantastic product and amazing customer service—highly recommend!

I purchased this product because I needed something to help me get my steps in, this works very well. I am able to do my 30 to an hour of walking and running mixed without a problem. Works very well, very pleased and it definitely doesn’t take up space I don’t have.

This walking pad is great!! The noise while walking is minimal. It's very accurate in distance compared to my Apple watch which I placed around my ankle and put in bicycle mode. I did have an issue with the pad on mine. I noticed a slight tear in it after having it a few weeks. Since it was under manufacture warranty, I contacted them. Amazing customer service! They sent me a paid return label and had me send mine back (thankfully I still had the box). Once they received it they sent a brand new one back out to me. Very friendly also! If you're on the fence to purchase one, just do it!

We have had the machine for approximately 1 month now. It was working perfectly, until about a few days ago when it stopped working. It would turn on, but it seemed as if the treadmill was not reading the remote. Unfortunately, the machine itself has no controls except the power button. You will need the control to get the treadmill running and to increase/decrease speed. We contacted customer support and they responded within 24 hours. They requested for a video to show the problem, which we sent shortly after. That same day, they responded with advice to change out the batteries, turn the power on, hold the " " (5-10 seconds after powering on) until you hear the "beep" sound. Then, press "on" on the machine. This did the trick and my machine is again working well. Definitely 5 stars for customer service and so far, we have enjoyed the walking pad.

So far so good. I've had it two weeks and working great. When you step off of it while it's going, it does have a strange sound, almost like the belt is going too fast for the motor. It starts to sound normal again after 5 - 10 seconds. Not sure if this is normal or I have a bad unit that will break down the road. Time will tell.

I love that it is portable and easily moved out of the way when not being used. a great motivator to get up ans move when working from home or just sitting on the couch watching tv

so far, it's working out great. very quiet, heavier than I expected, so I just keep it by the wall in the sunroom, very convenient. just keep my remote put up, so the grandkids can't try to turn it on.

The price was amazingly reduced! It was so easy to assemble. There are several very usefull settings. I enjoy increasing the walking speed as I'm on it. And I have music playing. It also tells me the number of calories I am burning! I also assembled a comfortable shelving and railing t go with it.

I did not expect it to be as sturdy as it is. Easy to use and put away. It’s great for someone who want low impact walking. Someone who don’t want elevation. It is perfect for light walking and running.

Ordered 3/22. About a month later, heard a noise and motor belt was streading, due to not being installed properly. I contacted the company, and they paid to ship it back them and ship me a new one. About 2 months later, the walking belt on the replacement started hesitating and the motor started making a low noise. Troubleshooted the walking belt, but it did not help. I contacted the company again and they refunded me my money. Awful product, but awesome customer service.
