It has more ingredients and higher levels of the minerals we so badly need. I tell everyone, you don't realize what we have lost in electrolyte depleted water. I add it to hot tea. It's a little sweet, but glad to have it every morning. When you hydrate from the inside out, you can skip moisturizers, lip balm, hand lotion and so many little things you notice as time goes on. Fingernails and toenails were a suprise. Nails are smooth and have a nice pink color. And for us seniors, it helps with incontinence. You just have to try this yourself and see what it can do for you.
Excellent source of Potassium and Magnesium Excellent source for Hydration NOTE: DISSOLVES Better in WATER THAT IS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE!
I've tried several electrolyte powder this one actually lives up to it's promises. i get it for the high potassium but it's great all around
Excellent product. Well reputed doctor.
i like all of dr Berg product very trustworthy
Great flavor and good way to replenish your electrolytes.
It is the worst tasting electrolytes I have ever tried. I spit it out. I will keep it for emergencies. It's awful!
I was so pleased when I made this to see no food coloring was used. I thought, I don't need my grape to be purple." It turns out the label may read grape, but the flavor is some sort of orange or mango. Not a flavor I like. The jar is also only half full making this a rip off, or poor packaging being wasteful. I understand settling during shipping, but that's not the case here. So I am left with expensive, wrong flavor, over packaged product. I do not recommend.
I have been buying Dr Bergs electrolytes for years off other sites and Walmart. This recent batch I received doesn't taste like the Tropical flavor I normally purchase. It tastes like they mix the wrong flavors in this batch.
taste horrible i tried to give it away everybody that drank it said yuk.the terrible taste stays with you for hours it even made watermelon taste bad.make it with some sugar or no sweetener at all
