From irregular periods to right on time!
Not only were my periods irregular but I hurt when I ovulated (cysts) but after I started taking these it was a microscope after years of suffering! I will never ever go without these. I've been taking these for a couple years now and once I ran out and I hated it because my period was so whacked out it was a few weeks late and I was miserable. Back on these and boom. Back to regular periods again. Idk how or why but I don't care. Once I go through menopause I will use their “Changease” because that has awesome reviews as well on Amazon.

Meno-crazy
Just started taking these because menopause sucks and I'm trying to stay out of a psychotic situation. Seems to be fine. I will try to update if I can remember to do it. If you know you know.
