Dr. Christopher's WORKS!!
After using Dr. Christopher's cleanses for several years, I can say that they most positively work. Usually I cleanse 3 to 4 times/year, and I use the Colon Cleanse along with the Lower Bowel Cleanse. I have found that they work best in conjunction - I'm very satisfied with the results.
