3 on taste because you don't taste; it's in a capsule. Has helped with my old aching nearly 70yr old knees and may have even repaired some stuff since they don't ache like they used to. Haven't taken any for about a month after taking recommended dosage for 3-4 months and knees still feel better than before I started taking it. Will start taking it again soon. I just decided to take a break to see if the results I was feeling were temporary or more lasting. Seems to be more lasting but you can't beat father time so will go back to regular dosage soon.

This supplement has helped with more ailments than I can think of, but most surprisingly my tooth aches. I will continue to purchase and make it a part of my every day vitamin intake.

I had unexpected knee repair surgery with much pain, leg aches in both legs that left me extremely uncomfortable. Ibuprofen, acetaminophen were not doing it. Thought I would try a natural option and bought Christopher's Complete Tissue %26 Bone herb blend and so glad I did. It moved me from pain to healing and no more aching probably within about 2 days. Great product, great price. I fell on both my knees onto concrete and got right up no pain or injury and kept on going. Not even a bruise and I'm not young. Have fallen before on carpet and oh my I could hardly get up and the pain was awful.
