Mullein. Itchy ears; wake up coughing?
Next to Natures Sunshine brand this is the best. Well worth the extra money. This is a FOOD. This Herb is known to help with bronchial and chest breathing problems. Also itchy ears. And waking myself up coughing….take it for a host of other things

I just ordered my 2nd bottle. If you have issues with sinus drainage then you need to try this. Take it twice a day until the bottle is empty. Ive always had sinus issues since I was young child. Usually draining into my ears causing fluid to build up in there. At times it would become painful. I started taking Mullien tea and I've not had any issues with that since. Its not a permanent fix, but it is better then taking over the counter sinus medication everyday. Highly recommend ! Get some!

Read about the use of mullein leaves in helping the lungs. Too much conflicting information makes you wonder if you are just throwing your money away. I can't tell if they are helping or not.
