Dr. Elsey's Premium Ultra Unscented Clumping Clay Cat Litter 35 lb. Bag

This litter is great. It doesn’t have that gross cat litter scent. Low on the dust low on the tracking. I have a multi cat household… Three cats one that is totally indoor two that are indoor outdoor litter boxes everywhere and you seriously cannot tell we have cats when you walk in the house - it’s the best cat litter I’ve ever used.

used that one from costco because it was costco, then i ordered this brand and didnt care that it was more expensive. it goes further actually making it a better value and has WAY less dust. one of my cats will use the litter box as a sand box when i change the litter and even when i clean it. yeah, cats be weird. i got this one on sale so i bought several. you cannot go wrong with this litter yeah, i have 2 huge litter boxes, 1 robot litter box and 4 cats, they all use both litter boxes

We rescued an 8-year-old cat from a no-kill shelter. She has kidney issues, and therefore urinates a lot. Our son recommended this litter, and we are so glad that he did. It forms hard clumps that are easy to remove. There is no dust to be tracked around the house either.

Good litter, great clumping, very heavy, but it doesn't poof up a big spurt of litter dust when I pour it in the box. I use a metal bowl to scoop it out. I also cut the whole top of the bag off to leave my bowl inside as a scooper. Works fine GOOD STUFF

The built in side handle is my favorite packaging feature on a bag of litter ever. Would love one more of those straps on the top to guide the bag with two hands while pouring! Minimal dust - traps odors well. I have multiple cats and this is always a go-to option for me.

Slightly confused by this product. The first bag I purchased was great, low dust, good clumping, etc. Then next bag was seriously missing quality assurance. There were some pieces of rubbish and other foreign particles in it. One of my cats got quite sick, just got back from quite a pricey emergency Vet visit with no definite conclusion🥲

Buyer beware! The type of Dr. Elsey’s cat litter I’ve used for years was no longer available through Walmart, so I tried the Ultra Premium Unscented Clumping Clay. Unfortunately, it doesn’t clump!! It just turns into thick muck and is very difficult to remove.

So I do not like to give a bad review. Usually I just avoid doing this and only give reviews when a product is good. I have to write this though to help someone else not waste money on this litter. It STINKS. I just have one cat and all the other litters iv used have done great. I saw this one and thought it would be a great deal for the price and the large bag. However, I was badly mistaken. This has zero odor control. In fact it seems to make the pee and poo smell worse. I had to change it out completely EVERY single day. It clumps good. That is the only thing good I can say about it. Just know that you will have no odor control with this litter. At least that is my experience with it.

Absolute worst litter we’ve tried. Purchased because the brand were usually use was out of stock and this had good reviews. I cannot fathom why. We have 2 indoor/outdoor cats, so I can usually clean weekly with our other litter (as they’re going outside part of the time). Just a few days after switching to this litter I noticed one of the cats had relieved herself under my son’s bed, so I went to check the box. I’ve never seen such a soggy, stinking mess in my life. It clumps all right - into a sticky, smearing layer on the bottom of the box that’s a nightmare to chisel up. This stuff tracks like crazy, doesn’t absorb well, and leaves clay residue everywhere. The cats don’t like it, I don’t like it, and because you go through it so quickly it actually ends up being the most expensive we’ve tried over time. I stupidly bought the 3 pack, and I’m counting down the days until it’s gone!

this stuff turned into stuck-on concrete in the bottom of the litter pan. I nearly broke the scooper just trying to dislodge the gunk on the bottom. the clumps were gooey and got stuck in the tines of the scooper. it did nothing for odor. One use and I knew it. it stunk up the whole house. I won't buy it again and I don't recommend it. what a disappointment.
