I do not find them good for walking. I keep them in the freezer and when i sit and put feet up for a spell, i pop them on to cool down my problem toe area, which sometimes has a burning sensation. Helps cool and relieve the pain and not as harsh as ice itself.
Easy to use. Padded the ball of my foot nicely without a change to my gait. Now to see how they endure the load.
They are such a relief. I love them!!! I have used them without socks, and with socks, they work great. I did noticed that you can use them without socks on closed shoes. o tried using them without socks on a 9.5 size, which is higher than my shoe size 9....and the gel did seemed to move around and even folded. When I was wearing my correct size shoe, I had no issue. when I used 9.5 shoes, I had to use tight socks that keep them in place. I think the price is worth the two pairs. They are easy to clean and seem durable and comfortable. My ache feet appreciate these gels.
These coushions for the ball of the foot work like a charm for me. The ones I bought are more or less clear/white silicone. They serve two purposes for me. They are thin yet provide quite a bit of cushion for the balls of my feet. Also they add just enough padding around the whole front part of my foot to keep my sandals from slipping off. Will definitely be purchasing more. Just an FYI they wash up easily.
This work great when I got blisters in between my toes after work outs. Recommend this to anyone who gets blisters from time to time
fell apart after 2 days of use
After wearing a few times, I have some issues with these foot sleeves. As described, the sleeves stretch to fit most shoe sizes. However, the soft material is stretched so thin on larger feet there is little material to provide any cushioning. The soft silicone-like material holds little shape of its own and is hard to get socks on without them rolling up around the edges. The vent holes in the sleeves do little to allow the feet to breathe and stay cool.
Too small
These are soft and initially felt good on my neuroma. However, they caused additional problems such as rubbing blisters plus they formed hard ridges onto my feet which were very painful. I’ll buy cloth ones that go onto an orthopedic insert. Waste of money!
This order was received and it came with three sleeves for the left foot and one for the right foot! Will return one for left foot. So unnecessary!!
