ZenToes Fabric Metatarsal Sleeve with Sole Cushion Gel Pads Set of 4

I have to say that I bought these for an 'off-label' purpose and that they serve as well for that as for the purpose for which they are designed. My feet have gotten narrower as I age (Yes, I know that's not supposed to be a 'thing', but for me, it is.) and it's getting more difficult to keep my shoes on. I walk right through most of my slides now, so needed something around the ball of the foot to add a bit of 'mass' to keep the band of the slide from ending up around my ankle. These supports provide just enough padding to make my shoes fit better. Then, there was an unforeseen bonus; I broke the bone just below my baby toe (that's not the bonus) and needed something to hold everything in place and keep my toe straight while the bone heals. These work amazingly well for that, without having to wrap my foot or have something that impedes my ability to walk while the healing finishes up. They also do a nice job for the intended purpose; the padding is just the right size and thickness, probably because Zen Toes is a company of women, so the concept of comfort is actually understood by the people designing them. I've only had these a few days but so far they have helped a lot. Took me 2 tries to figure out to not pull them snuggling on before putting my shoe on, but once I figured that out, they were perfect. Great for when I take my dog for a jog or walk, which was the time when my one foot was hurting. Started wearing these on walks, using a foot massage peanut (twice), and it no longer hurts to go barefoot indoors. Love that I can get back to my normal schedule, and that I no longer have to wear shoes indoors. Material is stretchy and soft, great support.

These have made a real difference with my sore foot. Very comfortable! You forget you're even wearing it.

I like this zentoes fabric metatarsal sleeve. It’s got a nice gel pad, it sits right at the ball of my foot. I like that it hooks to me toes, no slipping. I bought a pair of boots with just 1 inch of heel and all my weight seems to fall at the ball of my foot, these pads help to cushion my foot and balanced the weight in my foot. It’s great for people who are on their feet all day or wear high heels. My only wish is the the gel pad was a bit larger otherwise I like it.

It helps me a lot to get through the day without pain, although after a day of work it starts to get uncomfortable.

The bulkiness of the fabric on top of the pad was horrible, for me. What good is a pad to help your feet if you can't fit your foot in your shoe anymore. Also, the stitching between the big toe and second toe was bulky as well, rubbing it raw. I eventually cut the pad out of the sleeve and put it under my insole. This brand/style was not for me. I did find a great ball of foot pad on Temu (pic included) . I bought 50 so I always had some. They are the same idea as these, only it's all silicone, no fabric. They are thin enuff to fit in shoes but thick enuf to cushion ball of foot. It does take some getting use to with the strap between toes, but you do get use to it. PROB NOT FOR PPL WITH EXTREMELY SENSITIVE FEET. I have always had 15 pairs of shoes because I couldn't wear the same pair more than 2 days in a row, or my ball of foot was screaming. Now I can wear one pair of shoes for months at a time. Hope this helps.

One set was for two left feet, i have problems with my right foot.

Unfortunately this was extremely uncomfortable for a womans foot size 8 and 1/2 if you're a much smaller size it may work better. It binds into your skin toes and foot. Moreover, after a couple of hours it leaves welt marks from the elastic.
