My child takes theses at night to calm his nerves and sleep well. We have been using theses for about a year and they make a difference for sure as this is one nutrient that is hard to het but essential for a picky eater.

these are really good. i like how they dont have the "knock out effect" they allow for a calming effect where melatonin makes my youngest (almost 8 nuerospicy) zonked out within 20 minutes but horrible dreams. just the gritty residue isnt the best but its doable with all the pros from it.

arrived ontime, definitely effective
arrived when it said it would, kids did not reject flavor, so that is a definite positive. Effectively helped my kids relax from very hyper intense mode.

not the best delivery
I gotten the vitamins for my son before and he loved them, this time the delivery was not great the package was opened and the vitamins were not used as they were spilled every where and thrown away.
