Unfortunately, I have to use these things on a regular basis, but they’re great! After a couple of applications I’m good for a while. I’d probably never have to use them if I’d wear shoes like I’m supposed to, but NO, so I’ll keep using these and a good pumice stone
Worked great to get rid of a thick callous on my foot. Give it about a week after you remove it for the dead skin to come off.
I’ve been having a very painful callous on my right foot that was paralyzed long time ago. I don’t know why I didn’t do this earlier; my concern was that; it would hurt more by using this that eats up the callous! Well with In a week the pain had subsided and I was able to walk on my foot again! You see being paralyzed I no longer can walk on the bottom of my foot because I cannot lift my foot with each step. But I walk only on the side of my foot! Thanks you guys great product! Mickey
I have used Dr Scholls for many years. It is the only product that actually works removing stubborn thick callouses, for me anyway. Due to an old injury , I get recurring callouses at the same spot on my foot regularly. Dr Scholls removes them within 3 days they are softened and come off with the pad you put them on with. Love Dr Scholls.
Worked within two days. Did have to replace it after 24 hours because it lost its stickiness after a day of all that walking so I would put more adhesives on the edges to help it stay in place. But after only two discs (in two days), the problem was solved! I highly recommend!
works good i just wish they would stay on longer. It may be due to being on my feet for long hours that they end up moving in my socks or from moisture. Besides that when I'm home relaxing I have no problems with them staying on 6 or more hours. They do help soothe the callus.
These work. Follow directions; stay with it several times. Callus will soften and will be able to be scraped off especially after a shower or a warm soak of the area.
ive always had calluses on the side of my big toe and just below that on the side of my foot, which o think is pretty common with people on there feet all day. I usually file my calluses, but they come right back within a week. A friend told me I needed these, but because its on the side of my foot the little round application wouldn't stay on and was uncomfortable. It might work for calluses on the vottom of the feet.
I thought this was something I needed, but I did not realize what a poorly conceived product this is, I expected more out of what I considered to be a trusted brand. the packaging was horrific, I mean just opening the box, there was no real way to open it without tearing it apart practically. and then the execution of the application which was a three-part process that turned into more like four or five. I only had calluses on the sides of my big toe, and it was nearly impossible to get them applied. the medicated disc was not very sticky at all, so while I'm trying to open the two-step adhesive pad they tended to fall off dead but I eventually got one on each side of my toe, and now I have two more to apply for a total of four days of medication on my calluses, at least I hope they last two days a piece like the label says. I don't have any idea whether they will work at all, so I didn't review that part, I'm just disgusted with the application of the whole product itself, whether it works or not! I wouldn't recommend these, I suggest to spend a little more money, like I should have in the first place and get some urea lotion! Dr scholls should be ashamed! by the way, the four included medicated discs are in the same Little packet that you have to cut open so if you didn't need all four to do the job, they would be dried out the next time you went to use them. I assumed that the whole thing was one piece, where you peel off a sticker from the medicated side and then just push it onto your affected area, where it will adhere with the surrounding super adhesive bandage, but that would be too simple!
The medicated patch is the size of a dime. It looks like one of those round little bandaids you get after a shot at the doctor's office. The "Duragel Technology" is a gooey little oval thing with the center cut out in a shape that is not round like the doctor's office bandaid medicine thingy. The instructions recommend you leave the 2 step system on for 48 hours to get the result of "Removes Calluses Fast." 1st, you will have to remove the two parts from two separate plastic packet things (requires scissors or teeth). 2nd, you will have to assemble the gel/patch bandaid thingy. 3rd, you will have to peel the backing off the two parts (wait, that should be second). 4th, you will have to struggle because everything is sticking together the wrong way. 5th, you will have to throw that one away and start over because you messed it all up. 6th, repeat steps 1-4 and then you will realize there is a front and back part to pull off the gel thingy. 7th, you will finally get it on the callus and realize it's too small. 8th, you will try to apply another one to cover the whole callus and realize that will not work. 9th, you will throw all of the ones you "used" out (the count is up to 3 if you are wondering). 10th, you will use the last one of the four in the box and finally get it right (maybe?). 11th, you will put your shoe back on and realize the callus remover patch is now stuck to your sock after one hour of wear. 12th, you will try to restick it to the callus and this effort will be a fail. 13th, you accept the fact your callus is not going anywhere, any time soon. 14th, you will have to empty your trash can because you just filled it up.
