I'm sure there are tears is a good product, but that is not what I thought I ordered. I was trying to order. OPTASE eye drops. One box of the Thera Tears had been cut open ant other box had been partially opened. I would like to return the two boxes if there are tears to exchange them for the tase. I live in In Columbia and possibly could do that at the Walmart here. Please advise. Thank you for giving us a voice.

These eyedrops are easy to use and provide good relief for dry tired eyes. They feel good and do not burn. I ordered the bigger bottle for better price quality. I store the bottle upside down in the box it came in to keep it more sterile, no air is touching the drops and it provides a closed space where air does touch the liquid. This product was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist.

Didn't realize until it was delivered and I read the package… I think that these drops are to be used within 45 days! They were not effective for my dry eyes. An expensive lesson to learn!

It helps but no better than generic brand. I've tried many brands, but they were all ineffective for long lasing relief. It must be noted that I had cataract surgery so maybe that is what affects the performance of this product. It might be good for some people, but it was a waste of money for me.

For all the hype it had in its description I was very disappointed in the effectiveness it seemed only it helped relieve the dry sensation for very few minutes and then I felt like I need to use it again I would not recommend it

I Find it difficult to even thnink that Walmart employee would actually put This damaged container of eye drops in my order for delivery!! This is a [product that is to be placed in my eyes! But has been opened and taped carelessly , and apparently put back on shelf! But WHY woul anyone deliver eye drops that have been opened and taped . back up? Absolutely NOT acceptab;e!!

This formula is so thick and slimy I am unable to use it. It is very, very difficult to dispense, and always comes out two drops at a time, which dribbles all over my face. I have used eyedrops for decades, but never had such difficulty as with this Theratesrs product.
