What I dislike about the Soothe Lubricant Eye Ointment is that the tube is too small, but it does make wonders. What I like about the Soothe Nighttime Severe Dry Eye Ointment is a game-changer. From the very first use, I noticed a dramatic difference in how my eyes felt in the morning. This ointment stays in place all night, giving deep, lasting hydration and preventing that scratchy, irritated feeling when you wake up. I appreciate that it's specifically designed for overnight relief—many regular eye ointments either feel too greasy or don't provide enough moisture. My eyelids don't close completely at night, and I have a fan circulating the air. This ointment keeps the eyes moist. They don't dry out. And, a sleep mask also helps. It's easy to use. One thing I've learned about ointments, do not squeeze them from the bottom. When the cap is opened, the ointment keeps flowing.

I have used it for quite awhile,and seems to do what I want it to do ,goes in the eye easily and doesn't run down my face! I like it and I think you would too!

It relieves dry eyes, and has improved my discomfort greatly. very thick for sleeping only. metal tube dispenser is not user friendly with my arthritic finger weakness. also extremely difficult to dispense after it's half empty. nearly impossible to empty the tube at the end because you could poke your eye when squeezing the tube and finger slipping by mistake.

Easy to use and apply. It has a plastic tip and I just hold by lower eyelid and drop the ointment in. It works really well, and I don't feel dry eyes all day until the night. The only and big drawback is the price $$$$$. I've been using it every night for a week and already see that 1/4 of the tube is gone.

It's an ointment, with that there are some issues. It works great, little messy and can mess up your glasses.

There is no safety seal on the box or on the tube itself. I would never use this considering all the nasties at Walmart that could have opened the box, tried it out, and put it back in. You have no way to know if this is contaminated.

How do I return the wrong product? I ordered the regular sous vide and you sent me smoothie XP. Am I stuck with it and have to pay you again for another? What is your policy and how can I return it?

Box opened/crushed, no seal. I'd like my money back!
