Love this eye ointment. It is so easy to use and stays in the eye. Others come out as a glob and sometimes dont stay in the eye. iIve been using ointment for 25 years and this my favorite. sometimes hard to find and this seller has just one tube listed for price of 2 tubes. So be careful. Also retaine is larger size than others. 5 grams vs 3.5 grams

This product has a gel-like consistency and stays in my eyes all night--which is great because it helps keep my very-dry eyes moist and lubricated so that they are not red during the next day. It was recommended to me by my doctor and it works very well.

Best price. Product really helps with painful, middle-of-the-night, dry eye. Blurriness at application dissipates within seconds.

I ordered this product to give it a try since I'd not seen it available anywhere before. I have dry eyes and must use nighttime ointment in my eyes during sleep. I am impressed with this product and am going to make it my new "go to" ointment from Muro 128.The tube is bigger, however, this "trial" tube for me had an air gap in it so the amount of ointment isn't really the amount of product it says. Maybe it was just my luck on this tube. I plan to order more.

Have been using this product for my mother's eyes at night before sleeping as she has severe dry eye. It really seems to help.

Rare Preservative-Free (PF) dry-eye ointment for folks allergic to natural sheep lanolin (that I prefer because a little natural lanolin makes synthetic petrolatum and mineral oil more moisturizing, since natural lanolin similar to eye lipids). This Economy size large plastic tube does not need warm-water softening in cold temperature like metal tubes need; but warmg in hand before use helps its dispensed tube-shape ointment disperse out over eye. No ointment lasts through the night, so I drink a lot of water before bed to hydrate my eyes and wake me in the night to have to pee and add more ointment. A little morning residue can continue a little protection if you don't need to see totally clearly, as this of course obscures vision. God bless! :)

I love this brands eyedrops for my severe dry eyes, but I don't really like the eye ointment. The ointment sometimes hurts my eyes %26 it doesn't feel very moisturizing, it's kinda dry so I don't usually reach for this one. I also realized the difference yesterday when I put the retaine ointment in one eye %26 the Bausch Lomb ointment in my other eye, randomly out of boredom. Bausch Lomb is super moisturizing! I think I'll stick to retaine drops but not the ointment.

I placed one order for this item. It delivered two items and then charged me twice. I did not have any notifications of the second packed through shipment. It was not until that it was delivered that it showed in my app I had two orders delivered. The return process does not allow you to take an item to Walmart to return making it inconvenient as I would have to go out of my way to one of the locations they gave me for returns.

Walmart never sent this item to me in my deliveries. I was charged for it. But never received it.
