I have relatives with Macular Degeneration. I thought this might be helpful as a preventive measure. I showed the bottle to my ophthalmologist who checked the ingredients and said that, yes, these tablets have some suggested ingredients. So I am taking these now hoping to avoid eye issues.

This dietary supplement claims tocontribute to macular health. It has a macular support formula. In other words,it is an eye health vitamin. After taking it just for three days I noticed thedifference. I take one or two tablets a day, usually in the morning with ameal. The bottle has 60 tablets so I am all set for at least one month. Suggestedusage is two capsules taken in the morning each day preferably with a breakfastmeal or as directed by a licensed and approved medical care professional. Theinstructions warn not to take it if pregnant or lactating without consultingyour medical care professional. I can feel that this supplement works even if Iforget to take it one day, and occasionally skip a day. After taking thesetablets I noticed that I can better see things that I had to strain my eyes tosee before. The supplement contains over 800% of daily recommended Vitamin Aand Vitamin C. Each tablet is small in size so it is easy to swallow. I do notfeel any taste in the tablet while it is in my mouth. Of course, you may wantto consult with your physician if you have a medical condition or take anyprescription medications before taking this supplement. The supplement isgluten-free, GMO-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. Taking the supplement so far,I did not have any side effects, and I hope to continue to see positive resultsevery day.

So far, so good. I really haven't been taking this long enough to see results yet, but I have no problems with digestion or smell issues. The pills are easy to swallow, so taking them is a plus also. The nutrients in the pill are studied and reviewed as helpful for vision, so hopefully I will see results soon.
