WRONG item sent from Dr Medical. The Heel %26 Arch orthopedic is NOT the same as the old Heel Pain orthopedic. For one thing, the hard arch support of the Heel %26 Arch insert makes my foot numb/hits my arch wrong.. The more flexible support of the Heel Pain insert was more useful.

Item was not sent, it was replaced with a heel %26 arch support product, not just heel. The photo provided is not the item shipped.

They sent me the incorrect item. I ordered heal pain relief and got heal and arch which was a completely different item and did not help my foot problems. I see other reviews saying this same thing. They are advertising a product which is no longer available and substituting something else. Don't order these from here!
