I have RA and these make my shoes so comfy! I can not find them now! Please help me. Don't discontinue them. Thank you.
I have stubborn feet. I do not have any arches ,so I am considered, flat footed .I have had lots of surgury and not able to a lot of walking without sitting down .I Thank you for your products to help relieve any the pressure possiable.
The package says women's sizes 6-10. I'm sorry, but the size of this insert is made for a size 6, not a size 10. There's a big difference from 6-10 and these did not reach the front of my shoe. I'm going to ask for a refund. The comfort is fine, it's just not big enough for a size 9-1/2 shoe.
I would recommend this product ONLY to someone with small feet. The insoles say they fit size 6 to 10. That is impossible because I wear an 8.5 woman's size and these insoles are much too short and too narrow. I am disappointed because if they were the right size I'm sure they would work well. I am returning them to the store where I purchased them.
How can they target the ball of your foot when the insole barely reaches the ball of your foot? There is ZERO insole/cushioning on the ball of your foot... which is where I wanted it! The picture on the packaging shows the insole covering the entire foot area, not two-thirds of it.
These insoles didn't quite work for me. I used them in a pair of shoes in which I prefer to go barefoot (no socks or nylons). Unfortunately, my feet sweat a lot and because the insoles aren't absorbent, they just got wet and slippery and I found it difficult to walk.
this is not what was send to me this for sandals. i needed the full feet insole like the picture
I hope others disappointed in the newer gel insole will urge Scholls to bring back the "16 hour" insole. Not this useless gel, but of a type of comfortable foam that stayed non-crushed for many months! I have a lot of foot pain, and after literally years if trying, had finally found the only insole that has ever worked for me. It was usually turquoise.I will run out soon, and am almost devastated. I don't know how I will walk.
I wear a size 10, so I knew I was pushing the boundary of the sizing for this, but I was very surprised to see how small these really were. My issue was more with the sizing from the arch back to the heel than with my toes hanging off the front (although that happened too). If the arch is lined up with the arch on my foot, the back of the insert comes up about 1.5" short of the end of my heel, which means it's EXTREMELY uncomfortable# I could get on board with the front not being long enough and just having my toes hang over because it's tapered, but having the thick ridge of the heel "cup" in the middle of my heel is just not going to work and was clearly not the intention of the design# Just change the label on the package to size 6-8 and then I'll know they weren't made for me and just buy the men's size# I'd rather buy a product that works than have a guarantee; guaranteed products that don't work = hassle that I don't need.
You need to find a new ad agency. When I watch your TV ad, I'm always amazed that you bought the ad that shows one of your insoles being slipped into a pair of women's pink flats. The insole is at least an inch or so too short for the shoe. I cannot image being comfortable with such an ill fitting insole. Your ad defeats its intended purpose. I don't think it would persuade me to buy the product. Just saying...
